Child Welfare

Child Protection Officer: Nick Jolly

Anyone over the age of 16 may play adult baseball in the UK, although up until they age of 18, they are still considered juniors, and as such come under the responsibility of the clubs Child Protection Officer. Players under the age of 16, but over 14, may play with the adult team, but only with their parents consent. As such the CPO needs to be contacted, and the appropriate consent form signed. Juniors under the age of 14 are not currently permitted to play with the Guildford Mavericks senior club. However we are linked with the Broadwater Bobcats junior club, who do offer baseball from the ages of 6 to 16. Please contact Richard Williams
